Availability, pricing, locations, deliverables, editing, turnaround times, deposits, cancellation terms, rescheduling terms, image rights, and other project-specific conditions may be established in a separate booking confirmation or photography agreement.

If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these general website Terms regarding a booked photography service, the applicable signed agreement will control to the extent of that conflict.

3. Pricing and Availability

Prices, packages, promotions, and service availability displayed on the website may change.

A photography session is not considered confirmed merely because a visitor submits an inquiry. Booking confirmation will be governed by the applicable booking process or client agreement.

4. Deposits, Cancellations and Rescheduling

Any deposits, retainers, cancellation charges, refunds, rescheduling rules, or no-show policies applicable to a photography session will be disclosed through the applicable booking process or client agreement.

Cinevera will administer those terms subject to applicable law.

6. Client Photographs

Ownership, licenses, personal-use permissions, commercial-use permissions, printing rights, portfolio rights, and publication rights relating to photographs created during a client engagement will be governed by the applicable photography agreement and any releases.

Purchasing photography services does not automatically transfer copyright unless expressly agreed in writing.

7. Portfolio and Promotional Use

Cinevera will use identifiable client photographs in portfolios, websites, social media, advertisements, competitions, publications, or promotional materials only as permitted by the applicable agreement, release, consent, or law.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website may integrate or provide access to third-party services, including booking platforms, payment processors, social networks, galleries, or other websites.

Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Cinevera is not responsible for third-party websites or services except as required by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses resulting from your unlawful misuse of the website or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of California and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any venue or dispute-resolution provisions applicable to paid photography services should be specified in the applicable client agreement.
